The heavy rain has ended, and flooding is no longer expected to pose
a threat for portions of the area. However, a Flash Flood Warning
remains in effect for Chester County as there were several road
closures and water rescues, especially in West Chester and West
Goshen. Several local creeks and streams continue to run high as
well, so please continue to heed any road closures in the area.
