* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northwestern Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 221 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause flooding in the advisory area,
  especially in urban and poor drainage areas. Up to one inch of
  rain has already fallen in a short amount of time.


* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Calvert, Norristown,
  Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton,
  Pennsville, Coatesville, Wyomissing, Quakertown, Perkasie,
  Doylestown, Carneys Point, Downingtown and Souderton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
