  Northeastern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  South central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  East central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 127 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause flooding in the advisory area,
  especially in urban and poor drainage areas. Up to one inch of rain
  has already fallen in a short amount of time.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Chester, Yeadon, Westtown, Conshohocken,
  Folcroft, Swarthmore, Paulsboro, Narberth, National Park, East
  Lansdowne, Swedesboro, Arden, Darby Township, Cheyney, Morris Park,
  Elam, Bryn Mawr and Trout Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
