The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Eastern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 330 AM EDT.

* At 1132 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Millsboro, Lewes, Milton, Selbyville, Dagsboro,
  Millville, Henlopen Acres, Gumboro, Cape Henlopen State Park, Long
  Neck, Ocean View, Frankford, South Bethany and Dewey Beach.

Additional rainfall of around an inch is expected over parts of the
area in a short amount of time. This additional rain will result in
minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses
as well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
