The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into the area from the west. Rainfall rates
  up to two inches per hour are possible, and this will result in
  street and poor drainage flooding in the areas of heaviest rain.
