NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY...SOUTHEASTERN LEHIGH...NORTHWESTERN BUCKS
AND SOUTH CENTRAL NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 744 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over East
Greenville, or 14 miles south of Allentown, moving northeast at 40
mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Pottstown, Emmaus, Quakertown,
Perkasie, Bedminster, Hellertown, Tinicum, East Greenville, Ferndale,
Bally, Bechtelsville, Riegelsville, Green Lane, Pleasant Valley,
Revere, Zionsville and Lehigh University.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
northwestern New Jersey...and eastern and southeastern Pennsylvania.
