NORTHEASTERN CAROLINE COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for
central and southern Delaware.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM EDT
FOR NORTH CENTRAL SUSSEX AND SOUTHERN KENT COUNTIES...

At 737 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Viola, or 9
miles south of Dover, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Milford, Harrington, Camden, Bowers, Woodside, Viola, Rising
Sun-Lebanon, Rising Sun, Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing, Big Stone
Beach, Andrewsville, Wyoming, Felton, Frederica, Houston, Magnolia,
Little Creek and Rodney Village.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
