* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 10.0 feet by tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 12.5 feet...Flooding occurs in West Norriton. The West Indian Lane
  bridge begins to flood.

* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 7.7 feet by tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Kelly Drive is flooded and closed between Hunting Park
  Avenue and Falls Bridge. The Flat Rock area is flooded.
