SAFETY MESSAGE...Do not attempt to drive through flooded areas. The water may be
deeper than you think.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Schuylkill River at Norristown.
* At 9:30 AM Friday the stage was 14.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by this
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...River Road in West Conshohocken begins to flood. The
  lower garages at the Riverview Landing and the Lofts at Valley Forge start to
  take on water. The lower section of Port Indian Road in West Norriton becomes
  impassable.

* At 9:00 AM Friday the stage was 11.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by late this
  morning.
* Impact...At 11.5 feet...Route 1 off ramp to Ridge Avenue is flooded and
  closed. MLK Drive is flooded and closed between Greenland Drive and Montgomery
  Drive.
