The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 930 AM EDT.

* At 518 AM EDT, French Creek at Phoenixville remained above flood
  as a result of a widespread one to three inch rainfall. Flooding
  will persist through this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
