The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 530 AM EDT.

* At 108 AM EDT, several creeks and streams remained above flood as
  a result of a widespread one to three inch rainfall. The West
  Branch Brandywine at Honey Brook was above flood stage as was
  French Creek at Phoenixville. The East Branch Perkiomen Creek at
  Schwenksville was also above flood stage. Flooding will persist
  into the overnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
