  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  South central Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  West central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  North central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 300 AM EDT.

* At 1059 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  that 4 to 6 inches of heavy rain fell over the area, leading to
  continued flooding. Flood waters will continue to recede
  overnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Pottstown, Birdsboro, East Greenville, Elverson, Bally,
  Bechtelsville, Green Lane, New Morgan, Geryville, Pughtown,
  Gilbertsville, Cedarville, Stowe, Boyertown, Pennsburg, Red Hill,
  Pottsgrove, South Pottstown, Amity Gardens and Sanatoga.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
