...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of northern Delaware,
northeast Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania has been
cancelled.

While flooding still continues in some areas due to heavy rain
Thursday afternoon and evening...no addition flooding is expected
to develop since the heavy rain has moved out of the area.
