...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SUSSEX AND SOUTHEASTERN
KENT COUNTIES...

At 818 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Bowers to near Vienna. Movement was
east at 35 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Georgetown, Milford, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Harrington, Lewes,
Milton, Selbyville, Bridgeville, Delmar, Dagsboro, Millville,
Ellendale, Bowers, Henlopen Acres, Gumboro, Cape Henlopen State Park,
Andrewsville and Sycamore.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
