* At 806 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding across portions of
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Georgetown, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Federalsburg,
  Selbyville, Bridgeville, Delmar, Trappe, St. Michaels, Dagsboro,
  Preston, Sharptown, Millville, Gumboro, Agner, Choptank, Windyhill
  and Tanyard.
