  The Perkiomen Creek at Graterford.
* From late tonight to Friday morning...or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 6:31 PM Thursday the stage was 6.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage to near 11.3 feet tonight.
  The river will fall below flood stage by early tomorrow.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Graterford Road and Penitentiary Bridge
  are closed due to flooding.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.4
  feet on Aug 13 2018.
