  Central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 915 PM EDT.

* At 519 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across portions of the warned area. Flash flooding is
  expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton,
  Coatesville, Quakertown, Perkasie, Downingtown, Souderton,
  Bedminster, Collegeville, Royersford, Chalfont, Tinicum,
  Parkesburg, Trappe, Hatfield, Dublin and Schwenksville.
