* At 259 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected in
  the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Pottstown, Birdsboro, Elverson, Bechtelsville, Green Lane, New
  Morgan, Pughtown, Gilbertsville, Cedarville, Stowe, Boyertown,
  Pottsgrove, South Pottstown, Amity Gardens, Sanatoga, Kenilworth,
  Halfway House and Lorane.
