The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 645 AM EDT.

* At 240 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Around 2 inches of rain have fallen. The
  Tulpehocken Creek is rising in response to the heavy rainfall.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Womelsdorf, Wernersville,
  Newmanstown, Leesport, Shoemakersville, Bernville, Strausstown,
  Lenhartsville, Fairview Hgts and Centerport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
