* At 642 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Paoli, or 8
  miles northeast of West Chester, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
           possible.
