...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM EDT FOR
TALBOT...QUEEN ANNE'S AND CAROLINE COUNTIES...

At 430 PM EDT, Although the heavy rain has ended, overflowing poor
drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Easton, Centerville, Talbot, Denton, Centreville, Federalsburg,
Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Trappe, St. Michaels, Church Hill,
Preston, Oxford, Sudlersville, Goldsboro, Queen Anne, Smithville, Old
Town and Grasonville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
