...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EDT
FOR TALBOT...CENTRAL QUEEN ANNE'S...SOUTHWESTERN CAROLINE AND
SOUTHWESTERN KENT COUNTIES...

At 249 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Centreville to Skipton to near Choptank, and are
nearly stationary.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
         siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Easton, Centerville, Centreville, Rock Hall, Trappe, St. Michaels,
Preston, Oxford, Tanyard, Grasonville, Starr, Skipton, Copperville,
Matthews, Choptank, Overton, Starkey Corner, Wye Mills, Hambleton and
Windyhill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
Mount Holly NJ.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
