The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Western Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 210 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
  drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen, and since these
  thunderstorms are moving slowly, an additional one to two inches
  of rain is possible. Depending on how much additional rain falls,
  a Flash Flood Warning may be needed.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Centerville, Talbot, Seaford, Chestertown, Denton,
  Centreville, Laurel, Federalsburg, Bridgeville, Greensboro,
  Oakland, Ridgely, Delmar, Rock Hall, Trappe, St. Michaels, Church
  Hill, Preston and Oxford.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
