* At 551 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Red Bank, or
  over Long Branch, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
           possible.
