...LOW WATER LEVELS ON THE TIDAL DELAWARE RIVER THIS MORNING...

Strong northwest winds will cause low water levels on the tidal
Delaware River and its tidal tributaries overnight into the early
morning hours. The low water levels may cause navigation problems
around the time of low tide. Water levels are expected to to
around 2 feet below Mean Lower Low Water.

Low tide occurs at Reedy Point in Delaware at 1:52 AM. Low tide
at the Philadelphia Coast Guard Station takes place at 4:25 AM.
Low tide at Trenton occurs at 5:58 AM.

West to northwest winds will continue today, though they will be
lower than those observed Wednesday afternoon and evening. Blowout
tides may occur with subsequent low tides today and Friday, but
the potential appears to be somewhat lower than for this morning's
low tide. Stay tuned to the latest forecasts.
