THIS EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 10 PM EST
this evening.

* WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph
  shifting to west this afternoon.

* TIMING...Southwest winds increasing to advisory levels late this
  morning then shifting to west through the early to mid afternoon
  with the passage of a cold front. Winds will diminish below

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
  lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold front this afternoon may also be

  locally higher wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph along with
  significantly reduced visibilities.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
