TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4
  inches.

* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe counties.

* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight. Snow heavier at times will
  continue this afternoon into early this evening, then end later
  this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
  hazardous conditions will impact this evenings commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous. If you must travel,

  Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland and northern Delaware.

  change to all snow later this afternoon and continue early this
  evening, then end later this evening.
