The Flood Warning continues for
  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At 3:30 PM Friday the stage was 19.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 19.9 tonight
  and Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet...Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland is subject
  to flooding. Camp Lane Road, River Edge Drive and Broadway Lane
  in Fairfield are flooded. Stewart Place is closed.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.8
  feet on Dec 23 2018.
