The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 630 AM EST Friday.

* At 1209 AM EST, reporting gauges indicate Paulins Kill is in flood
  with levels still rising at Blairstown. Roads near the river are
  likely under water and closed. Flooding is expected to continue
  for the next several hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Newton, Blairstown, Five Points, Columbia, Crandon Lakes and
  Portland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
