The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 230 AM EST.

* At 1028 PM EST, local law enforcement reported flooding in much of
  Northampton County. Several roads are closed in Easton, Bangor,
  and Wind Gap. The Monocacy Creek at Bethlehem is above flood
  stage. Flooding is expected to continue for the next several
  hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown,
  Nazareth, Bangor, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, Bath, Walnutport, Belfast,
  West Easton, Tatamy, East Bangor, Steuben, Delaware Water Gap,
  Glendon and Berlinsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
