The Flood Warning continues for
  The Schuylkill River at Norristown.
* from this evening to Friday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:30 PM Thursday the stage was 13.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 13.4 feet late tonight, then
  fall below flood stage early Friday.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Water begins to cover and close Riverview Boulevard in
  West Norriton.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 13.4 feet on Sep 28
  2018.
