The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 1230 AM EST Friday.

* At 620 PM EST, minor flooding was occurring along parts of the
  Paulins Kill and on some of its tributaries. The minor flooding
  will continue into tonight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Newton, Blairstown, Five Points, Columbia and Crandon Lakes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
