...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for portions of northern Delaware, northeast
Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania has been cancelled. Rain is
leaving the region now, and no additional heavy rain is expected.
However, in some areas water will be slow to recede. Please
continue to heed any flood warnings and road closures that are in
effect.
