...Locally dense fog for the next couple of hours...

Winds have decreased near the center of a surface low passing
through far southeast Pennsylvania and adjacent northeast Maryland
and northern Delaware this morning. In proximity to this low,
visibilities have lowered considerably, nearing a quarter mile in
some locations. If traveling in this area, be prepared for rapidly
changing visibility. Slow down, use low-beam headlights, and
maintain extra distance from other vehicles.

The fog should dissipate fairly rapidly late this morning and this
afternoon as much colder and drier air moves into the region.
