  East central Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Eastern Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  Central Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 845 AM EST.

* At 447 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up
  to one and a half inches of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Somerville, Somerset, Edison, Old
  Bridge, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, South Brunswick, Sayreville,
  North Brunswick, Manalapan, Carteret, Madison, Middlesex,
  Princeton, Bound Brook, Manville, Chatham and Matawan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
