The Flood Warning continues for
  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At 12:45 AM, the river level was 19.19 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river level will continue rising to near 19.3
  feet on Wednesday night. The river is forecast to fall back
  below flood stage on Friday.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet, Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject
  to flooding and closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  19.3 feet on March 30, 1994.
