The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  North central Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  East central Salem County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 630 PM EST Tuesday.

* At 916 AM EST, minor flooding continues along the upper Maurice
  River, above Union Lake, and on its tributaries. Last night's rain
  has slowed the rate of fall on the river. It appears now that the
  river will remain above flodd stage the rest of the daylight hours
  today. Flood stage at Norma is 4.0 feet.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Vineland, Millville, Elmer, Olivet, South Vineland, Rosenhayn and
  Centerton.

No additional rainfall is expected today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
