* At 306 AM EST, gauge reports indicated area creeks and streams
  remain high, with several still rising, including the Millstone
  River in Somerset County and Pennypack Creek in Philadelphia
  County. Though the heavy rainfall has ended, runoff will continue
  to pose a risk for minor flooding for the next few hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Wilmington, New Brunswick, Perth
  Amboy, Somerville, Gloucester City, Somerset, Edison, Cherry Hill,
  Old Bridge, Bensalem, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, South Brunswick,
  Sayreville, North Brunswick, Ewing and Norristown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
