Advisory, which is in effect until 9 PM EST this evening. The
High Wind Warning has been cancelled.

* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* TIMING...This afternoon into this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down tree limbs and power
  lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With the ground saturated from previous
  rain, trees and power lines will be more susceptible to the
  adverse effects of strong winds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Light-weight outdoor objects
