...Locally dense fog this morning...

Surface observations and webcams indicate locally dense fog has
developed in portions of the Poconos and Lehigh Valley southward
to the northern shores of Chesapeake Bay. Fog is expected to
continue through much of the morning before dissipating this
afternoon.

If driving this morning, slow down. Use low-beam headlights, and
maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
