Precipitation has moved out so the Winter Storm Warning is being
allowed to expire. However as temperatures remain near freezing
expect icy road conditions may continue to be an issue overnight.
Also, there could be areas of light freezing drizzle and fog
overnight as well.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation is diminishing in intensity
  however temperatures remain at or below freezing so expect
  lingering light precipitation to fall as freezing rain before it
  comes to an end later tonight. This will continue to create
  slippery road conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery roads. Slow down
and use caution while driving.
