WARREN COUNTIES...

At 358 PM EST, an area of heavy snow was located over Warren and
Morris counties moving east at 45 mph. This snow will result in a
period of low visibilities and hazardous travel conditions including
over portions of I-80 in Morris and Warren counties.

Locations impacted include...
Morristown, Newton, Dover, Hopatcong, East Hanover, Lincoln Park,
Kinnelon, Hackettstown, Boonton, Butler, Wharton, Washington,
Rockaway, Blairstown, Morris Plains, Mount Arlington, Franklin,
