...Hazardous conditions on area roads this morning...

Though the precipitation has ended across the area this morning,
temperatures have remained near or even below freezing in spots
and are expected to remain nearly steady today. Be alert for ice
on untreated roads and sidewalks this morning. If driving, use
caution. Slow down, and maintain extra distance from other
vehicles.

In addition, winds are expected to gust up to 40 mph today. With
the weight of remaining ice on trees and power lines, these winds
may be strong enough to down some tree branches and power lines.
