...Patchy dense fog during the overnight hours...

Surface observations and webcams indicate patchy dense fog has
developed in far northern Delaware, northeast Maryland, southwest
New Jersey, and southeast Pennsylvania. The fog should remain
patchy, and passing rain should temporarily improve visibilities
from time to time. However, if driving, be prepared for rapid
reductions in visibility. Use low-beam headlights, and maintain
extra distance from other vehicles.

The patchy fog should dissipate after 4 am as a cold front moves
through the area.
