* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations of 4 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of one
  tenth to two tenths of an inch expected.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Carbon and Monroe counties. In New
  Jersey, Sussex county.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The
