...Locally dense fog through the early morning hours...

Patchy dense fog has developed in portions of southeast New
Jersey and is expected to continue through the morning rush.
Temperatures are hovering near freezing, with the lowest
temperatures in the Pine Barrens. If dense fog develops, it will
have the capability of forming a thin glaze of ice on exposed
surfaces. If traveling, be alert for rapidly changing visibility.
Slow down, use low-beam headlights, and maintain extra distance
from other vehicles.

Though the potential for black ice is lower this morning owing to
the warm conditions yesterday, a couple of slick spots may still
develop, primarily on bridges and overpasses.
