...Locally dense fog this morning...

Widespread dense fog has developed in much of southern New Jersey
and central and southern Delaware. Some of this fog may spread
northwest to the Interstate 95 corridor during the morning rush.
Patchy fog has already developed across the area. In addition,
temperatures are below freezing. Any dense fog will have the
capability of producing a thin glaze of ice on exposed surfaces
for the next couple of hours.

If traveling, be alert for rapid changes in visibility and patches
of black ice. Slow down, use low-beam headlights, and maintain
extra distance from other vehicles.
