...Locally dense freezing fog early this morning...

A couple of surface observations, including at Georgetown in
Sussex County, have indicated occasional freezing fog during the
past hour or so. With temperatures below freezing, dense fog will
have the ability to produce a glaze of ice on exposed surfaces. If
traveling this morning, be aware of the potential for black ice.
Slow down, use low-beam headlights, and maintain extra distance
from other vehicles.
