...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. A mix of snow, sleet, and
  freezing rain will change to mainly freezing rain overnight with
  freezing rain continuing through Tuesday. Additional snow
  accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of two
  tenths to four tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex and Warren counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Carbon and Monroe counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
  ice. Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the morning and evening commutes Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
