* WHERE...Monroe County in eastern Pennsylvania and portions of
  northern New Jersey.

* WHEN...Until 4:00 AM Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Hazardous conditions will
  impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow may be heavy at times this evening.
  Snowfall amounts will vary across the area with additional
  amounts of up to 3 inches possible. This is in addition to the
  6-8 inches that has already fallen in spots. The weight of snow
